Return/Refund/Exchange

Please choose carefully, we do not accepted any return, refund or exchange if you just change your mind. 

Earrings can not be returned due to the health&safety regulations. 

Items must be unworn, undamaged and stay in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery.

A proof of purchase is required to process returns or exchanges.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

The shipping costs will fall to the customer unless the item is incorrectly or defective. It is recommend to use a trackable courier. Please let us know by email as soon as the item has been shipped then our staff will keep eye on the parcel.

Exchanges allowed for items of equal or greater value. Any difference in price need to be paid by the customer.

Refund and exchange are not accepted on sale items.
