Warranty

All purchases with gclef jewellery store come with 30 days warranty cover the manufactory fault and defects in materials from the date of purchase.

We do offer repair or replacement after the items have been assessed. 

Our staff will carefully to check all the items before it sent out to you. Any loss of jewellery, general wear and tear or break chain will not be consider as part of the warranty. We do not have any responsible of loss jewellery, and can not deem as a faulty items.
